Die Farm-Profile sind eine praktische Arbeitsstruktur innerhalb des Produzentendatenstamms. Sie helfen dabei, Informationen über Höfe, Anbau, Produkte, Dokumente und Medien so zu sammeln, dass daraus schrittweise ein digitales, mehrsprachiges und anschlussfähiges Produzent:innenprofil entstehen kann.
Aktuell dient diese Struktur vor allem als manuelle Lern- und Ordnungsgrundlage. Sie macht sichtbar, welche Informationen in der Praxis tatsächlich gebraucht werden, wie sie sinnvoll gruppiert werden können und welche Bereiche später digitalisiert, verlinkt und standardisiert werden sollten.
Die Farm-Profile sind damit kein fertiges Software-Modul, sondern eine Beta-Struktur für das gemeinsame Lernen: Welche Unterlagen braucht es? Welche Medien sind hilfreich? Welche Informationen sind für Produktpflege, Qualität, Kommunikation, Logistik und Webdarstellung relevant?
Die Ordnerstruktur unterstützt mehrere Ziele zugleich:
- Sie schafft Orientierung für alle, die neue Höfe begleiten oder Profilseiten vorbereiten.
- Sie hilft dabei, Informationen nicht nur zu sammeln, sondern in sinnvolle Themenbereiche zu gliedern.
- Sie bildet eine Brücke zwischen interner Dokumentation, Produktentwicklung, Qualitätsarbeit und öffentlicher Darstellung.
- Sie dient als Vorstufe für ein späteres digitales Profilsystem innerhalb der TEIKEI Agora.
- Sie macht sichtbar, welche Datenfelder und Dokumenttypen im Produzentendatenstamm künftig standardisiert werden sollten.
Ein Farm-Profile bündelt nicht nur Stammdaten eines Hofes. Es verbindet mehrere Ebenen:
