In Sweden, we currently only offer community-based group orders.
Individual parcel delivery to private addresses is not available, and therefore no parcel shipping prices are listed.
In Sweden, all shipments are handled exclusively through community-supported group orders.
People combine their orders and arrange a shared pick-up at a designated location within their region, organised by the organiser of the pick-up hub. Everyone can start such a pick-up hub.
No additional shipping costs apply for Community orders.
Each group order must meet a minimum total quantity before it can be shipped. These requirements are displayed on the respective community pages in the TEIKEI Agora.
If the minimum quantity is not met, members will receive a questionnaire asking whether they prefer a credit to their member account — usable for future orders — or to have the shipping date postponed until the minimum quantity is reached.
All participants will also receive an email notification outlining the available options.
Due to logistical constraints and the nature of the TEIKEI network in Sweden, home delivery is excluded. This allows for more efficient coordination and supports the principle of regional community hubs.
