– hereinafter referred to as the "Provider" –
and
the users of the platform designated in § 2 of these GTC, hereinafter referred to as "Members."
Your harvest share is valid for 12 months. It can be canceled at any time – but no later than 7 days before the end of the term. If not canceled in time, the harvest share automatically extends for another 12 months. You will be informed by email in advance of each renewal.
The cancellation applies to the upcoming season and has no effect on orders already placed.
When you place an order, you are obligated to accept the delivery – cancellations are no longer possible after the order deadline, once the cutoff date has passed.
If you cannot accept your order after the deadline, you are responsible for passing it on within your community – for example, to other members or interested parties at the pickup location.
If the minimum order quantity is not reached at your pickup location, you will receive an email notification. Using the link provided, you can decide whether to adjust your order, postpone it to the next month, or opt for a credit instead.
Payments are made via SEPA, credit card, or PayPal, and always as 100% prepayment. Other payment methods are currently being prepared. If a payment fails to arrive, the order will be automatically canceled.
Quality issues? Please report them within 48 hours via email or Telegram. A photo helps us assess the situation. Minor fluctuations are normal and part of solidarity-based agriculture.
In the event of serious delivery problems or crop failures, the community decides collectively how to handle the situation – for example, through credits, substitute deliveries, or voluntary waivers.
TEIKEI is developing a solidarity-based installment payment option so that harvest shares can be made accessible in multiple, predictable installments in the future – for example, for families or people with fluctuating incomes.
Your participation supports a Europe-wide network of farms, logistics teams, and pickup locations working together for a fair, ecological, and community-supported food supply.
(1) These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the business relationship between TEIKEI (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") and all members who purchase products via the platform teikei.shop and its subdomains.
(2) Members are all natural and legal persons who place orders and thereby become part of TEIKEI’s solidarity-based food network. A formal basic cost contribution is currently not required. However, every order placed with TEIKEI is subject to these general terms and conditions.
(3) These GTC also apply to orders placed via the Swedish online shop se.teikei.shop, provided that no mandatory national consumer protection laws conflict with them. A Swedish translation of these GTC is available for consumers residing in Sweden.
(4) The Provider is working on introducing a solidarity-based network that will improve future benefits and interactions between members and producers. Once this model is introduced, all participants will be informed in a timely manner.
(5) Deviating conditions from members will not be recognized unless the Provider has expressly agreed to their validity in writing.
(6) TEIKEI reserves the right to amend these GTC if legal, organizational, or operational reasons require it. Members will be notified of changes at least 30 days before they take effect via email or the platform. Members have the right to object in writing within 14 days of being notified of the changes. If a member objects to the changes, TEIKEI may decide whether to continue the contractual relationship under the previous conditions or terminate it.
(1) Members can purchase a harvest share with validity that ensures continuous participation in the community-based food supply, including fruit boxes, olive oil, and other agricultural products.
(2) After receiving the order, the member will receive an automatic order confirmation by email, confirming the conclusion of the contract.
(3) The contract text (consisting of the order, GTC, and order confirmation) will be provided to the member on a durable medium via email.
(4) The contract language is German.
TEIKEI is based on a solidarity-based model that relies on collaboration, transparency, and community. Members have two ordering options:
(1) Term and Extension: A harvest share is valid for one season. A season typically comprises twelve months (no longer), starting with the first month after ordering or after a specified start date. The harvest share automatically extends for another season unless the member cancels no later than seven days before the end of the current season. Members will receive a notification by email at least 28 days before the automatic extension, including information about the upcoming extension and the cancellation deadline.
(2) Flexibility During the Season: Members can order additional quantities or further harvest shares during the season, provided they are available.
(3) Product Composition & Substitute Deliveries: The selection of products included in the harvest shares is based on the seasonal yields of the participating farms. Due to natural fluctuations, it may happen that individual products are not available in the intended quantity or quality. In such cases, TEIKEI will provide equivalent alternatives. Therefore, no claim to specific products can be made. Members will be informed of significant changes in product composition. Minor deviations that do not substantially affect the overall value of the delivery are considered accepted.
(1) For members who wish to remain flexible, there is the option to order products without a long-term commitment.
(2) One-time orders are subject to availability and are visible in the shop.
(3) Due to planning logistics, the price per product for one-time orders may be up to 25% higher than for harvest shares.
(1) The Provider reserves the right to adjust product compositions or prices in exceptional cases with reasonable notice if extraordinary changes in production, logistics, or market conditions require it. Members will be informed of such adjustments at least 14 days before they take effect. In this case, members have a special right to cancel affected harvest shares or orders, which can be exercised within seven days of notification via email or the member account. If no response is received, the changes are considered accepted.
(1) Members who purchase a harvest share commit to participating in a solidarity-based supply structure for an entire season. This commitment goes beyond a typical individual order and ensures the planning and production of the participating farms. The responsibility for accepting the harvest and jointly bearing agricultural risks is carried out in the spirit of the ten TEIKEI principles, particularly planned production, shared responsibility, and mutual support.
(2) Withdrawal during the term is only possible in justified exceptional cases as per § 5.
TEIKEI is based on community responsibility and collectively bears the risks of crop failures, logistical disruptions, and quality deviations. Since 2015, there has been no complete crop failure. In exceptional cases, community-based solutions apply.
The TEIKEI model is based on the ten principles of community-supported agriculture, including mutual aid, planned production, acceptance of produce, and democratic management. Members commit to supporting the TEIKEI principles, particularly regarding:
TEIKEI and its members jointly bear the risks of agricultural production. Members accept that harvest quantities may fluctuate naturally and waive individual compensation claims in the event of lower yields, crop failures, or harvest losses. A lower or missing harvest does not entitle members to a reduction in their contribution, reimbursement of payments already made, or damages. In return, TEIKEI commits to transparent communication about harvest developments and any issues.
TEIKEI fundamentally differs from classic CSA (Community-Supported Agriculture) solutions, which usually focus on a single local product like vegetables. Within the Europe-wide TEIKEI approach, structured compensation mechanisms are established to ensure long-term stable conditions even in cross-border supply chains.
For long-lasting products like olive oil or citrus fruits, harvest fluctuations are less pronounced than for fresh leafy vegetables. Nevertheless, natural deviations are borne collectively. TEIKEI operates with an internal resilience model: Approximately 70% of the expected harvest is allocated as harvest shares, while the remaining 30% remains on so-called support fields.
This internal balancing strengthens the community’s resilience and makes individual circumstances more predictable. Minor fluctuations are therefore considered balanced and do not entitle members to complaints or contract changes.
In the event of severe crop failures, TEIKEI will not only activate internal solidarity-based compensation mechanisms but will also consider external support measures, particularly government compensation payments or subsidies received by affected farms. These benefits are factored into the overall assessment so that members are not disproportionately burdened.
TEIKEI, together with the partner farm, reviews the actual losses and transparently presents the difference between the incurred production costs and the covered costs (e.g., through government aid). This difference serves as the basis for any compensation decisions within the community.
To ensure fair decision-making, members are provided with a digital wizard that processes the situation and invites members to vote on their preferred option.
In the unlikely event of a significant crop failure (e.g., due to extreme weather conditions or pest infestations), TEIKEI will immediately inform all members about the extent and causes. TEIKEI will work with the community to find solutions to continue operations. In consultation with the partner farms, the following options may be offered to members:
Alternative Products
Delivery of available substitute products from the current season (if other farms/product areas have surpluses that can partially compensate for the failure). The composition is determined in consultation and based on the possibilities of the partner farms.
Credit for Future Deliveries
Issuance of a credit for the failed shares, which can be offset against future harvest shares. Members can redeem this credit in subsequent months so that the missed quantity is made available later when sufficient products are available again.
Solidarity Fund Use
Access to a TEIKEI solidarity fund specifically set up for crop failures. If such a fund is sufficiently funded, TEIKEI may grant partial compensation to mitigate the effects of the crop failure. However, there is no legal entitlement to this – the community decides on the use of funds in the spirit of solidarity.
Voluntary Waiver in the Spirit of Solidarity
Voluntary waiver of compensation by the member. This allows a member to fully leave their financial contribution to the agricultural operation despite the delivery failure to support it in solidarity. This waiver is, of course, welcomed but is voluntary – each member can decide whether to use credits or substitute products or not.
TEIKEI will involve members in decision-making processes in the event of severe failures. In member assemblies or via digital voting, opinions can be gathered to find a consensual solution.
The principle is: "We overcome difficulties together."
All participants commit to working constructively and collaboratively on solutions rather than relying solely on legal positions. This approach fosters trust and aligns with TEIKEI’s principles of mutual support and democratic management.
In the event of feedback regarding quality deviations or potential defects, the assessment is not based solely on individual opinions. TEIKEI reserves the right to gather an aggregated sentiment from the entire affected community or region for quality assessment. This collective feedback is used to evaluate and provide feedback to the producers. The goal is a fair, transparent, and solidarity-based quality assessment.
TEIKEI stands for natural foods. Deviations in color, shape, or ripeness reflect the diversity of living processes – they are not a reason for complaint.
If, for example, more than 20% of the delivery is inedible, TEIKEI may use the solidarity fund for compensation (no legal entitlement).
Members can cancel their harvest share at any time up to seven days before the automatic extension. The cancellation is done via the cancellation form on the TEIKEI platform, which is easily accessible in the member area.
If access to the account is not possible, the cancellation can alternatively be submitted by email to support@teikei.shop.
Members can transfer their harvest share to another person. The transfer must be requested by email.
Notwithstanding the voluntary goodwill rule, a member may cancel the harvest share for good cause. A good cause exists, in particular, if the continuation of the contractual relationship is unreasonable for the member, such as:
The extraordinary cancellation must be requested in writing, stating and proving the good cause. After reviewing the case, either a proportional credit for undelivered shares or an individual solution in the spirit of the TEIKEI principles will be provided.
The solidarity-based obligation towards the producers remains the guiding principle for a fair solution.
The Provider reserves the right to cancel the harvest share before the end of the contract term. In this case, the member will be refunded proportionally for all services not rendered.
The preferred payment method is SEPA direct debit. Other payment methods (e.g., PayPal, credit card) incur a service fee of approximately 3–5%, which is currently covered by TEIKEI.
TEIKEI reserves the right to pass on these service fees to members in the future. Changes will be communicated at least 14 days before they take effect via email or the platform.
Orders must be paid within 14 days of receipt. If payment is not made within this period or at the latest by the deadline of the first delivery month, the order will be canceled.
Currently, harvest shares must be paid 100% in advance. This prepayment ensures planning security for the participating farms and follows the principles of community-supported agriculture.
TEIKEI is working on introducing an installment payment option. Until this option is implemented, prepayment is required.
If payment for the extension of a harvest share is not made on time, the member will receive a payment reminder with a grace period of 7 days.
If payment is not made within this period, the harvest share will be canceled, and the member will lose the right to the next season.
The member is responsible for ensuring that the stored payment method is active and sufficiently funded.
If payment for an order (e.g., one-time orders, harvest share extensions, or other outstanding amounts) is not made, the member will receive a payment reminder with a 14-day deadline and a payment link.
If payment is not made within this period, the order may be canceled, or the harvest share may not be extended.
TEIKEI reserves the right to charge a processing fee of up to €5 per case for repeated non-payment or direct debit returns, provided the member is responsible for the delay.
Further reminder stages may incur additional fees, about which the member will be transparently informed.
TEIKEI may adjust payment modalities for future harvest periods or one-time orders, provided these are announced at least 14 days in advance.
Members have a special right to cancel in accordance with § 5 if the conditions change significantly.
(1) Credits arising from quality deviations, organizational adjustments, or other goodwill rules will be credited to the member’s account and can be used for future orders within the TEIKEI system.
A payout of the credit is only possible after the end of the current harvest period. During the term of an active harvest share, a refund is generally excluded.
(2) Organizers of TEIKEI pickup locations receive a credit for their contribution to coordination and distribution. The credit will be credited to the respective member account once the completed pickup list has been submitted and reviewed.
A payout is possible upon request, provided a proper invoice for the credit amount is issued. If no payout is requested, the amount remains as a non-paid credit on the member account and can optionally be considered for future bookings.
(3) Credits remain valid for a period of 24 months from the date of issue (applies to all credit types). After this period, they expire automatically unless redeemed or requested for payout. The validity period applies regardless of whether an active harvest share exists during this time. Members will be reminded by email in a timely manner before expiration.
(1) Payments received from members for harvest shares or one-time orders serve to finance a solidarity-based food supply and include, among other things, contributions to support the participating partner farms.
(2) The transfer of funds to the farms is based on transparent agreements made jointly between TEIKEI and the respective partner farms. Both monthly and seasonal payment models can be agreed upon, depending on the needs and structure of production.
(3) The goal is to enable a predictable, community-supported financing of agricultural work. The specific design takes into account both the seasonal rhythms of the farms and the solidarity-based nature of the contributions to basic cost participation.
(4) There is no guarantee of a specific payment schedule. This regulation serves to provide flexibility and aims to establish fair and sustainable payment methods within the TEIKEI network through mutual agreement.
(1) Deliveries generally take place on the last Wednesday of a month, in December already on the third Wednesday. Wednesday serves as the reference day; the actual delivery day may fall on the following Thursday or Friday depending on the distance to the distribution warehouse. The delivery repeats monthly at the same rhythm. The exact date and estimated time can be viewed on the respective community page. These delivery dates apply to both harvest shares and one-time orders.
(2) For deliveries to TEIKEI communities, reaching a defined minimum order quantity is a prerequisite. The current fulfillment status is displayed on the respective community page as a percentage in bar form. If the minimum order quantity is not reached, the affected members will automatically receive an email notification with a link to the adjustment wizard. Using this wizard, they can choose between the following options within seven days:
If no response is received within this period, option (a) will be automatically selected. The credit will be credited to the member’s account. A payout is only possible in accordance with § 6a (2) after the end of the harvest period.
(7) For shipments by mail, the minimum order quantity does not apply. Delivery is made to the address provided by the member via an external shipping service provider (e.g., DHL, DPD). Once the order has been shipped, the member will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number, if available.
External transport damage to the shipping carton that does not affect the contents does not constitute a material defect and does not entitle the member to return or reduction. In the event of loss or damage during transport, liability lies with the shipping service provider; the member must contact the service provider directly in such cases.
TEIKEI provides support within its means but assumes no liability for such incidents. For shipments marked as "delivered" by the shipping service provider, TEIKEI also assumes no liability.
(8) For delivery via a TEIKEI community, the member must pick up the order at the agreed pickup times and locations. This information can be viewed on the respective community page. Once the delivery is ready for pickup, a pickup reminder will be sent by email.
(1) The responsibility for timely pickup of the order lies with the member. If personal pickup is not possible, the member may authorize another person to pick up the order.
(2) TEIKEI assumes no liability for quality losses, spoilage, or other impairments resulting from late pickup. The products are delivered fresh and untreated and are not intended for extended intermediate storage at the pickup location.
(3) If an order is not picked up within the pickup period specified on the community page, any claim to a refund or substitute delivery expires. The respective community may decide at its discretion on alternative use of the unpicked products – for example, passing them on to other members or social institutions.
(4) A subsequent credit or refund by TEIKEI is excluded in such cases.
(1) Each TEIKEI ordering community is managed by a responsible organizer. This person coordinates the monthly pickups, communicates with the TEIKEI team, and handles the submission of delivery lists and feedback.
(2) If an organizer wishes to relinquish the management of the community, this must be announced at least 90 days before the desired resignation date via email to support@teikei.shop. The announcement must include the name of the community and the desired resignation month.
(3) Once a resignation announcement is made, all members of the affected community will receive a notification and can apply to be the new contact person within 30 days. If no suitable person is found, the ordering community will be marked as "closed" after this period. New orders to this community will no longer be possible from this point onward.
(4) The resignation of organizers has no impact on already confirmed deliveries for the current month. Further coordination beyond the resignation month is voluntary and requires individual agreement with the TEIKEI team. TEIKEI commits to actively supporting the transition and, if possible, finding a new responsible person or offering an interim solution.
(5) Existing harvest shares in a closed community will be managed by the TEIKEI team and either transferred to a neighboring community or suspended or canceled in consultation with the member. A credit will be issued in accordance with § 6a.
(1) New ordering communities can be initiated by committed members, provided there is a regular demand for pickup and suitable pickup options are available. A consultation with the TEIKEI team is required to clarify minimum quantities, logistical connections, and organizational support.
(2) The person initiating a new ordering community automatically assumes the role of the responsible organizer in accordance with § 7b (1). The assumption of this role is confirmed by the TEIKEI team and registered in the system.
(3) The transfer of an existing ordering community – e.g., in the context of a resignation – can be carried out by interested members, provided the requirements for communication, reliability, and coordination are met. An informal application can be sent by email to support@teikei.shop.
(4) Any person or initiative can, in principle, establish a TEIKEI ordering community – regardless of whether it is a civil society group, a company, an individual, or another project. The prerequisite is adherence to the common principles of TEIKEI and the willingness to take on organizational responsibility. TEIKEI reviews each new establishment or transfer individually and reserves the right not to approve a community if logistical, structural, or organizational reasons prevent it.
(5) After successful setup, the new community will be activated in the TEIKEI system and made available for orders. The organizer will receive an introduction to the processes, platform usage, and access to supporting materials.
The delivered goods remain the property of the Provider until full payment of the purchase price and all associated costs and fees. Ownership transfers to the member only upon full payment.
The purchase of a harvest share establishes a right of access to a share of the solidarity-based planned agricultural products of a season. This does not constitute a classic acquisition of ownership of specifically determined goods before delivery. The actual provision takes the form of monthly deliveries within the framework of the community-based supply rhythm.
A claim to participation in distribution or delivery exists only if the associated amount has been fully paid. In the event of payment default, the Provider may suspend delivery or reallocate the harvest share.
The member is not entitled to sell, pledge, or otherwise transfer the entitled harvest shares before delivery unless the Provider has given written consent.
(a) Delivery to TEIKEI Pickup Locations (Communities)
Upon delivery of the goods to the agreed pickup location and handover to the responsible organizer of the respective TEIKEI community, responsibility for storage, condition, and quality of the products transfers to the members. The risk of accidental loss or deterioration no longer lies with TEIKEI from this point onward.
Members who cannot pick up their order at the scheduled time are responsible for organizing timely pickup or authorizing a designated person. Liability for spoilage or loss after handover to the organizer is excluded.
(b) Shipment by Parcel Service
For shipments to individuals outside of TEIKEI communities, the risk transfers to the member upon handover of the goods to the shipping service provider (e.g., DHL, DPD). Once the shipment is marked as "delivered," TEIKEI is no longer liable for loss, damage, or late acceptance.
The member is obliged to accept the shipment promptly and store it safely. In case of problems, TEIKEI provides support within its means but assumes no liability towards the shipping company.
(1) Members have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
(2) The withdrawal period begins on the day the member or a person designated by them (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the first goods.
(3) To exercise the right of withdrawal, the member must inform the Provider (TEIKEI, Talstraße 22, 79215 Elzach, support@teikei.shop) of the withdrawal by means of a clear statement (e.g., by letter or email). A telephone notification is not sufficient.
(4) The date of dispatch of the withdrawal statement is decisive for compliance with the deadline, not the time of receipt.
(1) Food products, especially fresh and perishable goods, are excluded from the general right of withdrawal. This applies in particular to harvest shares, as the products are reserved for members after ordering and directly integrated into the solidarity-based delivery cycle. A return or cancellation after the withdrawal period is therefore not possible to ensure the planning security of the participating farms.
(2) After the withdrawal period and particularly after the order deadline, there is no possibility of cancellation. The member is obliged to accept the ordered products or independently organize a transfer within the TEIKEI community.
(1) Reusable barrels are intended for repeated use within the TEIKEI cycle and are not intended for external use.
(2) The return for refilling is at TEIKEI’s expense. Members can generate a return label via the ordering platform.
(3) A return or refund of individual reusable barrels is not provided. Exceptions may be made for corporate associations upon individual agreement.
(4) If returns are not made in an acceptable condition, a cleaning fee may be charged.
(1) Members can use reusable bottles that circulate in a closed-loop system.
(2) Returns are made via organic stores and organic supermarkets. Postal returns are not provided.
(1) Regular Updates & Notifications:
TEIKEI commits to informing members in a timely manner about relevant changes, particularly regarding minimum order quantities, delivery conditions, or adjustments to harvest shares.
(2) Communication Channels:
Members receive regular updates on orders, delivery status, and minimum order quantities via email.
(3) Reporting Planned Changes by Organizers:
Planned changes to pickup locations, opening hours, or roles (e.g., change of contact person) must be reported to the TEIKEI team in a timely manner before the next delivery date.
(4) Changes affecting the process or display on the platform must be reported at least 4 working days before the relevant deadline via email to support@teikei.shop.
(5) In urgent cases, a processing time of 2 working days is possible. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered working days.
(1) For better overview and ongoing adjustments, TEIKEI provides a supplementary TEIKEI Wiki containing current processes, examples, and notes. This serves as a practical application of the GTC in daily life and for orientation in organizational matters. The regulations and processes described there are an integral part of communication with members.
(2) The Wiki is publicly accessible at:
https://wiki.teikei.us/de/home
It can be accessed via the platform, the TEIKEI chatbot, or suitable communication services.
(1) The operation of the TEIKEI platform and the associated basic structure – including communication, software development, logistics coordination, and community support – is currently managed by the central TEIKEI team. This team ensures the smooth operation of the Europe-wide supply network.
(2) To partially cover the ongoing operating costs, a platform contribution of 10% of the product value is currently calculated. This contribution is already included in the stated product price and is not charged additionally. It serves to finance the structure, support, and further development of the system. With every purchase, members automatically contribute their share to maintaining the community infrastructure.
(3) In the future, it is planned to replace this contribution with an independent basic cost contribution, which will be levied regardless of the order volume. The goal is to ensure a solidarity-based basic financing that remains stable even in the event of crop failures or highly fluctuating order quantities.
(4) The transition will be made in consultation with the community and considering economic viability. The basic cost contribution should be low but enable reliable security for the operation, maintenance, and further development of the platform – independent of individual sales or revenues.
(5) This model extends the principle of community-supported agriculture to the entire supply chain and organizational structure. It is based on the idea of a recursive network economy, in which all parts of the system – from production to logistics to digital infrastructure – are collectively supported and responsible.
(1) The protection of personal data is an important concern for TEIKEI. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, particularly the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
(2) The data required for processing the order (e.g., name, address, email) are stored and processed exclusively for the purpose of contract processing and customer support.
(3) The member is responsible for the correct and up-to-date provision of their personal data. TEIKEI is not liable for delays or non-deliveries resulting from incorrect information.
(4) Further information on the handling of personal data and data subject rights (e.g., access, correction, deletion) can be found in the privacy policy:
https://www.teikei.us/datenschutzerklaerung/
(5) For members residing in Sweden, the competent data protection authority is the Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), reachable at www.imy.se. Complaints can also be submitted directly there.
(1) The Provider is fully liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty.
(2) For simple negligence, the Provider is only liable in the event of a breach of a material contractual obligation (cardinal obligation), i.e., an obligation whose fulfillment is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance the member may regularly rely. In this case, liability is limited to the typical foreseeable damage.
(3) Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
(4) TEIKEI is not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by force majeure, including but not limited to:
(5) TEIKEI assumes no liability for damage to products caused by improper storage or handling after receipt.
(1) TEIKEI aims to reach an out-of-court settlement in the event of disputes. Members are obliged to contact the TEIKEI support team before taking legal action.
(2) Where legally permissible, an out-of-court settlement will first be sought. If necessary, claims will be enforced individually and not in the form of a class action, unless mandatory law allows it.
(3) TEIKEI is not obliged and not prepared to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
(2) If the member is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a public-law special fund, the place of jurisdiction is Freiburg im Breisgau.
(3) If a member is a consumer, the statutory place of jurisdiction of the consumer’s domicile remains unaffected.
(4) For contracts with international members, German law applies exclusively, even if the member’s domicile is in another country.
(1) For members residing in Switzerland, these General Terms and Conditions apply, provided that German law is applicable to the extent that no mandatory provisions of Swiss consumer protection law conflict with them.
(2) If any provision of these GTC is invalid or unenforceable under Swiss law, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. In this case, a provision that comes as close
