We offer our members various payment methods. Each member can select the payment method that suits them best.
We expressly recommend SEPA direct debit, as it is the most cost-effective and efficient payment method for TEIKEI.
The prices listed in the offers are final prices that include all price components, including statutory value-added tax. For cross-border deliveries, additional taxes or customs duties may apply, which are not payable to TEIKEI but to the relevant customs or tax authorities.
If an order cannot be delivered in full or in part due to delivery difficulties, unmet minimum order quantities, or damaged products, the corresponding amount can be credited to the member's account as credit. This credit can be redeemed for future orders on the platform.
How does the credit work?
The applicable delivery and shipping costs are not included in the purchase price.
They can be viewed on the "Shipping Costs" page, are listed separately during the ordering process, and must be paid in addition.
With SEPA direct debit, the amount due is collected directly from your bank account.
Please note that the payment confirmation and thus the conclusion of the contract will only take place after approximately 6 days.
You can pay securely and quickly with PayPal.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you can also pay with a stored credit card or via direct debit through PayPal.
Note: A service fee of approximately 3 to 5% applies to PayPal payments. This fee is currently still covered by TEIKEI. TEIKEI reserves the right to pass it on partially in the future (see § 6 of the Terms and Conditions).

Members have the option to voluntarily load credit to conveniently and flexibly pay for future orders.
The credit is loaded via a bank transfer through Stripe.
Once the desired amount has been received in the TEIKEI account, the credit is added to the member's account and can be used for orders on the platform.
Note:
Orders can only be processed and shipped after the payment has been successfully received and the credit has been posted.
Bank transfers can take up to three business days.
We therefore recommend loading the credit in good time to avoid delays.
This payment method is only available to verified businesses.
The invoice is due within 14 days of receiving the order confirmation.
Some popular payment services are not offered on the German TEIKEI Agora.
These include, in particular, providers of "Buy Now, Pay Later" models such as Klarna Installment Purchase or other deferred payment options.
We deliberately refrain from offering these services as they are associated with high fees and are not compatible with TEIKEI's value-based and transparent pricing.
(1) Uncovered Direct Debits:
If a SEPA direct debit cannot be processed (e.g., due to insufficient funds), we reserve the right to charge a processing fee for returned direct debits of 10 euros.
(2) Late Payment:
If a payment is not made on time, we reserve the right to cancel the order or temporarily block the member from placing further orders.
(3) Combining Payment Methods:
Only one payment method can be used per order.
A combination of different payment methods is not possible—with the exception of payment using existing credit on the member account, which can be supplemented with other payment methods.
(4) Currency:
All payments are processed in the shop's currency.
