The short version: We are rebuilding food supply from the ground up – region by region, in a way that allows these regions to support each other across national borders. Without a central authority, without traditional trade organizations, and without anyone ever being able to claim the shared foundation for themselves alone.
This page explains why a new European organizational structure is needed for this, what history led us to this insight, what conditions must be met for it to work, and how it will emerge step by step.
At its core, it revolves around a single question:
How can farms, CSAs (Community-Supported Agriculture), member stores, shops, farm stores, communities, kitchens, institutions, warehouses, regions, software, legal entities, and financing models work together in a way that enables community-supported supply across national borders?
Our answer is a growing network of regions. Each region remains concrete, rooted locally, and responsible for its own supply. At the same time, the regions connect with each other so that flows of goods, knowledge, infrastructure, financing, and responsibility are not isolated. It is important to us that this succeeds without falling back into traditional trade logic, private ownership dependencies, or central power concentration.
In a nutshell: The region supports, the country connects, Europe protects.
