Economy does not arise solely from markets, companies, or money.
It arises from people.
From our image of humanity, relationships develop.
From relationships emerge culture and community.
From these, the forms of economy we find in our society ultimately grow.
Therefore, this area does not only concern itself with economic processes.
It asks about the human, cultural, and social foundations from which economy emerges in the first place.
At the center of this area is the foundational work: Being Human and Economy.
It combines philosophical thoughts, real-life observations, and practical experiences into a shared space for thinking and research. Step by step, it examines the path from the human being through relationships and culture to economy and recursive network economy.
Foundational Work
This area connects philosophy, anthropology, pedagogy, culture, and economy.
It forms a foundation for many other areas of the TEIKEI wiki and creates a shared frame of reference for questions about community, provision, and societal development.
The contributions build on one another:
From the human being …
through relationships and culture …
to community …
provision …
and finally to an economy that strengthens relationships and enables long-term responsibility.
This area is intended for all people who want to understand not only how the economy functions but also why it has developed the way it has.
It is particularly aimed at:
This area creates a shared level of understanding for the cultural foundations of provision and collaboration.
It connects questions of being human with questions of economy.
Because the way we encounter people …
shapes relationships.
Relationships shape culture.
Culture shapes community.
Community shapes economy.
And economy ultimately shapes the world in which future generations will live.
