TEIKEI Agora is the digital infrastructure for a community-driven food system without margins. Through a platform that can be used by many communities simultaneously, producers and communities across Europe connect directly with one another. Our goal is a supply of European-regional food that is transparent, traceable, and socially just—both digitally and locally.
The Agora is more than just an ordering option. It is a space where we organize together, learn from one another, and change culture. Pick-up locations, producers, logistics partners, and participants are all interconnected here and share responsibility for ensuring resources are distributed fairly and everyone has equitable access to high-quality food. The Agora operates decentrally, every product is fully traceable, and the price openly shows what share goes directly to the farms: the "FairShare Rate."
Each community manages its own processes—from product display and pricing to ordering and delivery. We are developing the platform further so that all processes will eventually run fossil-free, packaging-free, and community-driven—a model for a new form of economic self-determination.
The foundation for this is the recursive network economy: what works well in one place becomes visible, shared, and further developed in other locations. This way, the Agora becomes the technical backbone of a cooperative economy that will still sustain our grandchildren.
TEIKEI Agora is therefore more than just a technical solution. It is an expression of a movement that is forging new paths in trade and agriculture—driven by people who no longer want to leave the economy to the markets but instead want to shape it themselves.
