The information flow in the Agora Marketplace describes how information is passed between members, communities, pickup locations, farms, logistics, the marketplace, and support.
It revolves around a simple question:
Who needs what information, and when?
The goal is for members to be able to find important information themselves as much as possible.
For example:
in their own login area
via automatic status messages
in the Help Center
in the FAQ
within their own community
from pickup location coordinators
TEIKEI Support remains important.
However, it should not have to answer every simple standard question individually.
This way, members stay better oriented, communities remain capable of action, and support can focus on questions that truly require personal clarification.
