📌 Current System (since October 20, 2026): Every community has a fixed delivery quantity. It is agreed upon with the community and is based on the costs of national delivery to their pickup location.
How to read the image: Read from top to bottom. The amounts are an example calculation; your community's delivery costs and delivery quantity will differ.
Delivery Costs: TEIKEI determines the minimum amount for national delivery to your pickup location with Dachser. This depends on the pickup location; in the example, it is €80.
Your fixed delivery quantity: In the example, €80 ÷ €0.57 = 140.4 kg, rounded up to full crates: 18 crates @ 8 kg = 144 kg = 0.25 pallets. This delivery quantity is agreed with you and remains fixed.
Sum orders for delivery month: All orders for the delivery month are counted, including those from sub-communities. The community page in Agora shows what is still missing.
Reached by order deadline?
Yes (5a): The delivery takes place. In the example, 144 kg × €0.57 = €82.08 covers the €80 delivery costs.
No (5b): After the deadline, a decision is made: deliver, bundle with a neighboring community, or postpone to the next delivery month (Minimum order quantity not reached).
Second example: €127 ÷ €0.57 = 222.8 kg, rounded up to 28 crates = 224 kg = 0.39 pallets. One pallet equals 72 crates @ 8 kg = 576 kg. The base price of €0.57 applies to national delivery in Germany; in Switzerland, it is CHF 0.43 per kg (CHF 250 per pallet ÷ 576 kg).
A delivery to your community incurs a minimum cost for national delivery, for example, €80 or €127. TEIKEI determines this amount with the logistics partner Dachser for your pickup location.
All orders for a delivery month are summed in kilograms. Each ordered kilogram contributes to these costs with the base price for national delivery: €0.57 per kilogram in Germany, CHF 0.43 per kilogram in Switzerland (CHF 250 per pallet ÷ 576 kg) (Pricing for national logistics in Germany).
The delivery is covered if the following applies:
ordered kilograms in delivery month × base price per kg ≥ minimum delivery costs
This results in your delivery quantity:
Delivery quantity = minimum delivery costs ÷ base price per kg, rounded up to full crates

All orders for a delivery month are counted, including those from sub-communities that are supplied via your pickup location.
The community page in Agora shows how many crates are still missing to reach the delivery quantity.
If the delivery quantity is not reached by the order deadline, a decision is made after the deadline: deliver, bundle with a neighboring community, or postpone to the next delivery month. What this means for you: Minimum order quantity not reached.
Until October 2026, the wiki listed several rules side by side: a full pallet with 70 crates, one pallet or 100 crates, a tier starting at 16 crates, a delivery decision from 80% of a target quantity with a maximum loss of €25 (Threshold Delivery), and approximate guidelines per region. These rules no longer apply.
The guidelines from February 2026 varied by region between 20 and 32 crates:
