The Agora is the whole: the shared space that coordinates the Europe-regional food system. It can also be used for products that are not grown in Europe, such as coffee and cocoa.
The Agora Marketplace is its interface.
Lightwave operates the Andromeda framework and develops the Agora. Andromeda is the technical foundation with interfaces and an app store. The Agora is an app built on it: it provides the modules for the food system and all its participants, such as "Regional Bundling" and "Building Community." Lightwave does not operate the supply chain itself.
Responsibility for concrete supply remains in the regions.
The Agora enables:
The economic processing is handled by the respective country or regional structure.
In the Agora Marketplace, harvest shares, orders, and payments become visible and manageable.
The Agora translates the principles of TEIKEI into sustainable infrastructure.
It makes visible:
The Agora distinguishes four flows. The most important visuals for all four flows are located in one place: Agora Marketplace. The Agora Marketplace illustrates them in one image.
| Flow | Question | Page |
|---|---|---|
| Goods | How does the harvest get from the farm to the pickup location? | Goods Flow in Agora Marketplace |
| Information | Who reports what, and where is it visible? | Information Flow in Agora Marketplace |
| Money | Who pays, and where does the money go? | Money Flow in Agora Marketplace |
| Responsibility | Who stands for what? | Responsibility Flow in Agora Marketplace |
As the Agora continues to develop, infrastructure, tools, and coordination processes will become increasingly clear, transparent, and traceable for all participants.
The Agora does not strengthen a central platform logic.
It strengthens the connection between many independent supply landscapes, Agora Marketplaces, producers, pickup locations, and communities.
